The System Check is Stuck on Port Connectivity
Overview: When accessing the event, the system check will not move past Port Connectivity and is just spinning continuously.
Possible Resolutions
- If you are experiencing problems with port connectivity, it may be due to the configuration of your company's network. Certain firewall configurations can prevent the port connectivity from functioning properly. Proxy servers and application-layer firewalls are designed to filter content based on rules that are set up by the system administrator.
- Send the User the entire Port Check to ensure they are passing at least one port. Show Me
- If the user passes at least one port, please send the user the login link with no system check from the dashboard.
- If the user does not pass any ports, have their IT department open the appropriate ports. Show Me
