Flash Test Fails
Overview: Either the user has an incompatible (old) version installed or they do not have the Flash player installed at all. This can also occur if the Flash control is malfunctioning.
This can also occur when Flash is being blocked by the browser and needs to be allowed for all sites.
Possible Resolutions (click to choose your browser)
- First, try clearing the browser cache.

- Determine if the Flash player is installed.

- If Flash player is installed, it may be disabled. If so, enable it. Show Me
- If the user does not have a version of the Flash player installed, install the newest version Show Me
- If the user has an existing version, uninstall that and reinstall the latest version
