SOURCES
The Sources tab provides a view into the connection health and bandwidth use for the incoming streams in the webcast console list. The only sources that will display in this list are: Telephony, Encoder/Studio, VCU and Webcam/Mic.
Source Connection Details
Each connected source will be assigned an overall connection health: Good (green), Fair (yellow), Poor (orange) or Bad (red). The rating will adjust based on the health of the source.
The blue icons with arrows pointing up or down display the kbps that the source is sending or receiving from the Studio webcast.
The Source Connection Details will apply to Encoder/Studio, VCU and Webcam/Mic sources only.
Source Charts
The Source Chart icon, accessible via the “3 dots” menu in the Sources list, will report statistics once a source connects. These line graphs chart specific data assets the source is sending and receiving. Chart statistics are generated and applicable only when a source is connected. These charts are only applicable to Telephony, Encoder/Studio, VCU and Webcam/Mic types.
