OUTPUTS
Outputs are the settings the Studio engine uses to create encode source content to be delivered to the attendee. By default, all webcasts will have a DASH and HLS output. Additional outputs can be added to a webcast to provide more ways for the stream to be consumed (i.e. Facebook Live and YouTube Live).
Multiple DASH and HLS outputs can be added to allow for a different quality stream to be targeted to a specific audience. For example, if all attendees viewing from a specific company need to get the lowest quality stream due to bandwidth constraints, a filter can be set up within the output so all attendees with that specific company name in their profile receive the lowest quality stream.
NOTE: It is recommended to contact an account representative before creating additional DASH and HLS outputs.
