What is the schedule for the Enterprise Learning! Conference Online?

The Enterprise Learning! Conference Online 2016 is scheduled to begin on September 8th, 2016 at 7 am PDT.

Can I download the web sessions or presentations?

The web sessions cannot be downloaded. However, if you've selected the Premium Access registration type, you can view many of our web sessions On-Demand through December 8, 2016. In addition, there will be hundreds of documents available in our Resource Center which are available for download.

What is the difference between the Free Access Registration versus the Premium Access Registration?

Free Access Registration provides Free Access on September 8th only to all live web sessions, live Q&A, content, games, exhibit hall, resource center, lounge as well as all chat forums, and one-on-one interaction.

How long will the content be available On-Demand?

All session and content from the September 8th sessions will be available On-Demand through December 8th, 2016 - for Premium Access Registrations only.

How can I sponsor this event?

What kind of user interaction is available during the event or within the virtual environment?

The Enterprise Learning! Conference Online environment is highly interactive for those interested in engaging directly one-on-one with peers, sponsors, exhibitors, booth reps, session speakers or event organizers and/or participate in chat forums throughout the event. There will be a variety of games users will be encouraged to play that will enhance your experience at the online conference.

What kind of games will be available during the virtual event?

The types of games will vary from memory challenges and trivia games to opportunities to earn points or badges for a chance to win a variety of prizes. All the games are designed to stimulate and enhance your learning experience at the Enterprise Learning! Conference Online 2016.

I am unable to chat within the event, how can I chat with other users in the event?

If you are experiencing problems using the chat communication features within the event, such as not receiving new message notifications or being unable to send text in a chat window, it may be due to the configuration of your company's network. Certain firewall configurations can prevent the communication features from functioning properly. Click here for details.

Will I still be able to participate if my company has a corporate firewall in place?

In most cases firewalls will not pose a problem. You should be able to participate in the entire event even if your company has a firewall in place. There is a port checker in the system check. This will allow you to see any potential issues.To run the system check, click here.

Do I need to download anything to view the event on my mobile device?

You will not need to download an application to view the event on your mobile device, but you will have to download the XPOCAST app to view presentations.

Will I be able to participate from my computer and mobile device?

A user may attend via their mobile device or on a PC/Mac browser. The choice is theirs, however a user cannot do both simultaneously as the “Already Logged In” message will display.
