Jay Gouliard

Jay Gouliard Gouliard joined Avery Dennison as Global VP Segment Innovation in Oct. 2011. Before that, he has had a proven track record of design and innovation success in the food, beverage, home care and personal care consumer packaged goods (CPG) markets. Internationally experienced and currently operating out of Europe, Gouliard was a member of the core team that developed the Tangible Innovation process at Anheuser-Busch; the chairperson of Coca-Cola’s cross-functional Strategic Innovation Management Team, focused on building, prioritizing and managing the innovation portfolio; and an active member of the R&D and supply chain leadership teams at Unilever and General Mills.
