Jason Stearns, CRM, is the corporate vice president and corporate records manager at New York Life Insurance Company, where he is responsible for records management strategy, enterprise program development, compliance, and education. New York Life is the honored recipient of the first ARMA International Cobalt Award for excellence in records and information management. Stearns holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in applied information management.
