As many of you know, the industry shift away from Adobe Flash has led to our creation of a HTML5 based software, INXPO Studio to fully replace our previous webcasting technology, XPOCAST. With great confidence, we recognize the time has come for us to upgrade all our clients to Studio, and say goodbye to XPOCAST.
The end of life (EOL) for the Adobe Media Server (AMS) is occurring on June 21, 2018. EOL for this product means Adobe is no longer supporting it with additional security fixes, therefore continuing to use this product after that date would be a high security risk for the INXPO platform.

As such, during the INXPO Summer Product Release, on June 23, 2018, XPOCAST will come to its EOL. At that time, XPOCAST will no longer be able to be copied, created or run live. XPOCAST presentations that are in the on demand period will be honored.

As we continue to evaluate which browsers to support, we consider which ones will provide our users the best experience and enable us to focus on areas that will add the most value for customers. There are three key reasons that drove this decision:
If you continue to use the IE8, IE9 or IE10 browser after the applicable end of life period, some new and/or existing features and functionality may not work in that browser. Bugs or performance issues that appear only when using IE8, IE9 and IE10 will not be investigated or fixed by INXPO after the noted End of Life dates in the grid above.
We are providing you advanced notice to ensure you have as much time as possible to plan for alternative strategies. We strongly recommend that you and your company’s IT administrators upgrade to one of our supported browsers. While users may still be able to access the service using IE8, IE9 and IE10, new and/or existing features and functionality may no longer work in these browsers. In addition, bugs or performance issues that appear only when using IE8, IE9 and IE10 will not be investigated or fixed by INXPO after the applicable releases.
