Registration and Privacy Information
The information requested for this fair will be used to permit you to enter the fair website, visit the individual “booths” staffed by elements of the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC); populate a virtual briefcase; submit your resume electronically, and chat online with IC recruiters and other fair attendees.
The data you provided to INXPO during registration and the data created automatically by your visit (i.e., fair activity logs and chat logs) will also be used in aggregate (not personally identifiable) form to develop metrics regarding the capabilities and interests of fair participants and to inform future outreach efforts by the IC elements.
Resumes submitted electronically will be viewable only by IC staff during the live event. After the live Virtual Career Fair event on February 26, resumes will be made available to recruiters from all IC elements, including IC elements not participating directly in the fair, subject to your authorization provided on the registration page.
INXPO has agreed that they will not use or share your resume or personal data for any other purpose. Furthermore, your resume and other data will be expunged from the fair website after the virtual event(s) are over, as will any materials you collected in your virtual briefcase that you did not download to your personal computer.
No IC recruiters will contact you unless you submit a resume, provide your consent to share resumes submitted during the fair registration process, or otherwise consent to or invite contact through the online chat tool. Any resume you submit through the fair site will be subject to the various IC elements’ posted privacy and records retention policies.
Participation in this virtual career fair by IC elements does not constitute or imply U.S. government endorsement of products or services offered by INXPO beyond this career fair.
